Callback Solution that allows service providers to originate long-distance calls taking advantage of inexpensive long distance originating rates in specific countries. Genusys's Callback Services allows users to initiate a phone call by completing sending an SMS message. Genusys will receive the request/message/call; then connect the client to the destination party. Once the destination party has answered, the system rings the callback user at the number he previously indicated.
